Field Trip NewsCheck your calendars to see if you are available to accompany us to Atlanta on February 25 to visit the Capitol building. We will leave FPD by 7:45 and return by carpool. We will take two buses this year. Some seating is available for parents, or you may follow along in cars. This is a fun and educational trip. You won't want to miss it! (You will also LOVE eating at the Varsity with 55 3rd graders.) See note in today's papers to sign up. It is also linked under field trips to the right.
Third Quarter AR goal came home in signed papers on January 7. Students should pass 6 A.R. tests before March 15th. The six books must include one biography and one chapter book which must be pre-approved by your child's teacher. The four other AR tests may be over storybooks or chapter books of the students choice. 
MULTIPLICATION TIMED TEST EVERY TUESDAY! BE SURE TO PRACTICE FOR 10 MINUTES EVERY DAY!
